Return policy is the worst. I bought my husband pants for Christmas present and they didn't fit. Their return policy wasn't even extended for Christmas gifts.. will take business elsewhere

Had a weird experience today as I was shopping. I saw some cute clothing in the Jr. section and thought I'd look around. Generally I like Dillard's and have good experiences. As I was almost finished

We're now WAAAY past Covid. Stores that still close at 8 pm obviously aren't interested in providing customer service for people with careers who work till 5 or 6. I'll be taking my business elsewhere
