The location on Venice blvd is horrible! Felt scammed and lied to. I've never had issues with other car rental companies. Hertz definitely pushed electric car rental. Never again.

The car is not clean and the salesman lied to me that LIS is required. I paid for extra money. This is a company of crooks

Just found out place is being shut down. Good riddance. Terrible service till the end.
