Called my prescription in at 9 am, was told it would be ready in about an hour. Went to pick it up on my lunch break at 11:30, was told they haven't even started working on it yet.

They are pitiful at filling prescriptions timely. I'm having to switch to a mail order as waiting in line to find (again) that they don't have mine ready! Happens too many times. And their website is
