I shouldn't have to try to call Quest multiple times to cancel an appointment and NEVER be able to talk to anyone in person. Ridiculous and illogical BS.

I just have to share how wonderful my experience was here on October 18. My child has Down syndrome, deep vein issues, and sensory sensitivities, so blood draws are usually a total nightmare anywhere

Do not go to this location if you do not have an appointment. The waiting room is always packed and you will be waiting for hours
