Messed up our delivery order and then when we called to let them know the associate we spoke to was extremely rude and unapologetic. Good pizza... but horrible service.

Worst papa John's experience at this one, ordered a pizza at 11pm, they made the pizza shortly after. An hour goes by, it still says on the door dash' screen "ordered schedule", I reached out to papa

There were only 2 people working on a full screen of orders, but I only had to wait about 2-3 minutes to pick up my online order. The workers were both incredibly nice as well.
