This complex is a complete mess from top to bottom. Break-ins are constant, and the gates are basically always broken, leaving the entire property wide open to anyone. Every weekend turns into a scene

Had to get my washer replaced because it was violently shaken and maintenance assured me it would be in by the end of the week. Well they delivered and I can tell they tested it to make sure it works
