Perhaps I have just been lucky. Frequently meet a group of friends prior to catching trains, etc, and never had any issues. Always busy but, generally, service has been good with the usual excellent .

Bar staff no common sense on my visit. Customer service 0 .and dont try speak to manger as didnt want know .. shocking poor experience on this visit...

Big disappointment, food cold and really sour. I at it but I didn't enjoy it. Condiments half a mile away from table so another reason for it to go cold. Got no sympathy from staff.
