Terrible experience. Anxious to get us locked into a contract but weren't willing to solve their mistakes once made.

Went in to port my line over and take advantage of the free iPhone 12. Tried to sell me an iPhone 14, which I didn't need, and I told her I wanted the 12. Was told they didn't have it in store but she
