Horrible customer service. Acts like you're a bother to be there. Room dirty. Needs a staff overhaul. You can tell when workers are so unhappy that they don't want to be there, really sad environment.
I have the IHG app and try to stay at them when I travel because they are usually great. Desk girl very sweet but found wet dirty towel in bathroom, large bolt on floor, earrings on floor. Tried 3 re.
