I have ordered from ed arrangements for many many year this is by far the worst location and experience ! they refuse to give me my money back ! after mis delivering to another apartment on valentines

I went to buy a gift here and they were closed a half hour earlier than posted. the worked was at the cash register just looking at me. very rude. apparently they don't want busines.
