Sun 1/18/26 @ 10am, there were 8 cars in the drive-thru and I was car 9. Took almost 20 min for all cars to move thru the line. Got home and realized they put my 2 cake pops BETWEEN the warmed banana

Love Starbucks, but the employees at this one particularly are SOOO RUDE. I've lived in the area and gone there for 2 years and it's been like that the whole time. All of them. Will not be going back

Been waiting for 15 mins for 2 bakery items, no one else in here, just workers standing around and laughing. :(
