I have this company bagels before in my travels. I enjoy their bagels especially when they are toasted. Service was fast, staff was pleasant and polite. This place is located inside convention center.

Walked 10 min from work to grab lunch at 11:30am and they were closed up with no sign or explanation why. Website says they close at 1:30pm. Do better.
