We had the Seabass and it was excellent. The service was awesome... the staff was attentive, knowledgeable and very nice.

Had some lunchtime beverages at the Apex Bar, we did not dine so cannot fairly weigh-in on the food. [I imagine Montage gets it right tho'...] The ambience was Deer Valley sophisticated and elegant. I
