I really only go in for returns since the Amazon store by me stopped taking them - but the staff is always friendly and nice! I have never had an issue.
I ship boxes everyday and the ups customer service center closed to public so have to go to ups stores now. I've been to all of them in Boca and this Deerfield store far surpasses them all in customer
This is the best UPS store in Deerfield. Excellent customer service. The gentleman named Rishon is the best. He's very caring and very helpful. He's attentive and very nice.
