First off staff wasn't welcoming. My husband had his groomsmen fitted here. Suits were too big and when asked if they could be adjusted they said "nah that's how it is". They were given to them DIRTY

Customer service is horrible. Do not let customers know about pick up. Plus guy who waited on us split his pants and stopped waiting on us. Lady at front counter had major attitude.

Entire staff are excellent and made everything easy from the fitting to the returning of taxes. I will keep coming to this location.
