I was charged 7$ for whip cream for my dog. And when I asked why I was being charged he said that's the price. Not happy

This used to be a decent cold stone but now it's horrible. Don't order online. The staff is rude. The owner is rude. Never again.

Came 30 min before close. Skinny vanilla was out. Some flavors were low. I decided to give this a try, and it wasn't that bad for a vegan chocolate flavor. That wasn't the problem. Service was short.
