Worst service for internet. Had outages that lasted all day at times for about a month straight and for Spectrum to say I was going to get reimburse for the month and I still got charged for internet.

Honestly you're just better off getting it delivered to your house. The product would get there sooner than the wait time for a reservation. Extremely rude. Only Come here if it's your last resort
