Disorganized. Paper towels and Toilet paper placed in more than one area. Always had a good experience at BJs in Tampa Bay Area. Columbia Maryland can do better.
Today I had a great experience on Bjs wholesale with my husband and this nice lady helps us with the app and I'm so thankful for them her name is Genesis Lopez and Chiara Jimenez
Giving them a 5 because the prices are good, things are well-stocked and they have more of what I need then Costco. I have a vending business and BJs caters more to that with a wide variety of snacks
