Every single time I have a scheduled appointment, they cancel it. They claim to call, but they never do--no missed calls, no voicemails. This is a repeated occurrence. I do receive their 4-6 text/emai

Appointments take forever- they have you wait to be called back for over an hour after your scheduled time and then have you sit in the back waiting to be seen. They cancel appointments regularly.

THE WORST experience. Unprofessional. Drove to my appointment at 5 p.m. to find that they closed due to staffing issues with no notice.
