First timer at IB's; The IB's original cheesesteak was delicious. They put a generous amount of meat paired with provolone (my cheese of choice) and it was delicious -- don't forget ranch on the side!
combination rice plate with pork chop and shredded pork skin was huge, the egg loaf was creamy and the fish sauce was on point.
