Was introduced to this studio while visiting family over the Christmas holiday, and now that I'm back in the Bay for a few weeks, I'm so happy to be back at J8. Every time I leave Sam's Inferno class,

Owner is very sweet kind and generous. Rooms feel a little hotter than normal. Size of room is quite big so can fit multiple people.

I absolutely love the instructors and the vibe. As an absolute beginner in the yoga space I felt welcomed, included loved and never judged. Thank you for the experiences!
