This is about their 10th time fixing and replacing units and still have problems. I believe they're taking advantage. Terrible service

the serviceman was good, but they didn't mention when I made the appointment that I would be charged $160 in travel time (30 min each way). Wish I had asked. Must be a good business; he was in my town
