I went to the store today and I was refused the purchase of 2 untoasted sandwiches. I was told by the lady behind the counter that she could not sell them untoasted. And said I could not buy them unl.

I go here every day .. staff are perfectly amazing, friendly and quick .. it has the best service in any coffee shop I’ve been to .. great team …. Only disappointment is that somebody in the hierarc..
