I tried calling to make an appointment but it's next to impossible to do. Their website and voice message say that they were open until 3pm and that they take walk-in's. Apparently this is not true! I

No sense of urgency. Came as a walk in and they were pretty clear by their actions you weren't a priority. Unimpressed.

Very nice and helpful when you have a large group of people coming in for labs . Very organized
