Macys is another anchor store at the mall. It takes up the north end and can be accessed on both floors. The down escalator just outside was not working. Thts more of a mall item than Macy's issue but

If you don't come in dressed up, you won't get good service. Selection is good, but as far as value, I think everything's a little overpriced. The biggest problem is the employees being rather snotty.
