they always forget half of the topping/ sauces and instead give me 4 extra forks like I want my stuff not plastic

We ordered a Son of a Baconator. It's our favorite. BUT, they did NOT taste like they usually do. The burgers had Mayo on them. What happened to the special Baconator sauce? We were very disappointed.
