I came in to do a coast gaurd physical and DOT drug testing and the staff here was amazing. All areas were clean. The staff were friendly and kind.

I woke up feeling extremely dizzy and scheduled an appointment with the nearest in-network urgent care. The doctor diagnosed me with vertigo and prescribed medication. Apparently, I also had fluid in
