No longer the clandestine place it once was to sneak in a slice, Secret Pizza remains popular among bleary-eyed clubgoers in need of a late-night snack. You’ll find it on the third level of The Cosmopolitan down a long hallway lined with vintage vinyl record jackets of Rat Pack-era singers. But despite its resort location, Secret Pizza is not fancy. It’s no nonsense pick-up-and-go spot that simply serves great slices. The small team keeps the line moving as they reheat NY-style slices to scorching hot and hand them over the counter so you can devour them standing up in the small square space or take them away into the night.
