Whether the day was spent pursuing unnecessary home goods or braving the millionth Anniversary Sale, chances are everyone needs a reliable and low-key meal at Ruscello, formerly (and affectionately) known as Nordstrom Cafe. The name may have changed, but the soothing, soft brown interiors and cushy booths are still the same—and so is that creamy tomato basil soup. Someone will have to sedate us before they ever get rid of it.
