Normally, you don’t go to a museum for stomach-related reasons. But Eleven at Crystal Bridges’s American food is just as exciting as its collection of iconic American art. Unless, of course, you’re not interested in eating a spicy shrimp po'boy in the wood-vaulted entrance hall, with bowed glass walls overlooking the forest and courtyard ponds. Plan on stopping by for lunch, when they have a good wine selection and solid salads and sandwiches. They also host more upscale prix fixe dinners Thursday and Friday, but you’ll need to make a reservation at least 48 hours in advance for those.
