UPDATE - September 30, 2025: Our door is STILL not fixed. Renewal by Andersen has been to our home at least six times, each time doing nothing more than a so-called "reset" on the door. And guess what
Felt like I was at a used car lot. BEST PRICE ONLY GOOD UNTIL I LEAVE THE LOT, you need to sign now. After reviewing many reviews I choose not to go with these windows.
Everything. There service is the worst of any company I have ever worked with. They don't call back and don't show up when they are supposed to. And even when they do show up it's a fight to get them
