The staff is caring and the food is good, but the ticket times consistently take 40-50 minutes (3 visits now). We hoped that the first couple times was due to the newness of it all, but it seems to be

Got an Arnold (Benedict) and had them sub brisket for Canadian bacon. Was worth the upcharge. A brisket Benedict isn't on the menu, but should be.
