I ordered on the app and I showed up in about 10 minutes, the lady then told me if I could leave and come back in 10 or 15 minutes and not sit on the drive thru lane because it would affect her time.

This was by a landslide the worst service I've ever received and Taco Bell has a laundry list of bad service experiences. Management is an absolute joke they don't know how to prioritize or multi-task

Order was butchered, food was worst. Haven't had Taco Bell in years and this experience was a nice reminder.
