It’s hard to find anything lo-cal and low fat on the menu. Large portions. Hearty meals. Lots of options

I avoid fried foods but I had the two piece broasted white meat fried chicken dinner with mashed and a salad bar. Phenomenal. Perfectly moist on the inside and crispy on the outside. Excellent flavor.
