The Haggin Museum is an art museum and local history museum in Stockton, San Joaquin County, California, located in the city's Victory Park. The museum opened in 1931. Its art collection includes works by European painters Jean Béraud, Rosa Bonheur, William-Adolphe Bouguereau, Jean-Léon Gérôme, and Pierre-Auguste Renoir, landscapes by French artists of the Barbizon school, and sculptures by René de Saint-Marceaux, Alfred Barye, and Auguste Rodin.

Had some time in Stockton so I wandered into the Haggin and was pleasantly surprised with the collection and displays describing Stockton's past. They had a nice selection of art from America and Euro
Lived locally for about 20 years, how did I not know this gem existed. Will make a point to revisit as their exhibitions change.
A stockton treasure!!! I have loved this place since I was a wee little kid! So many great events & extraordinary treasures inside, and the art!!!!
