Autumn and Karen are so friendly and made my short stay so enjoyable!

I want to give a shout out to Autumn, the front desk representative. Not only does she have a warm, friendly voice on the recording for the hotel, she also displays the same warmth and customer servi.

I had a wonderful experience at the DoubleTree in New Bern, largely thanks to Karen. I ran into her in the morning, and her kindness and cheerful personality truly made my day. It is so rare to meet .
