Moorooduc is a town on the Mornington Peninsula in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, 54 km south-east of Melbourne's central business district, located within the Shire of Mornington Peninsula local government area. Moorooduc recorded a population of 1,004 at the 2021 census. The Moorooduc Highway runs through the locality, being the main route between Melbourne and the Peninsula. Moorooduc Post Office opened on 27 August 1890 and closed in 1980.
