They never answer the phone, tried calling to place an order. Very frustrating. Don't advertise that you can place an order and then don't answer the phone.

brioche was incredible and the matcha tasted great! i had a big order but the servers were so accommodating

I got a brownie and 2 cookies that were rock hard. A lemonade that tasted like water. I am giving 2 stars instead of one because I also got a lemon bar that was really good. So disappointed.
