Sarezzano is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Alessandria in the Italian region Piedmont, located about 100 kilometres east of Turin and about 25 kilometres east of Alessandria. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 1,171 and an area of 13.8 square kilometres. The municipality of Sarezzano contains the frazioni (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) Baracca, Cucco, Palazzina, Rocca Grue, San Ruffino, and Sant'Innocenzo.
