Deck 12, a loungy cocktail bar in the Seaport, is pretty much the only place in Boston where you can eat brunch on a rooftop that overlooks the Downtown skyline. That’s a pretty good reason to visit a place, but it also works well for drinks and bites like pork belly sliders and lobster and corn flatbread at night.
