Eastanollee is an unincorporated community in Stephens County, Georgia, United States. Doc Tommy Scott of the old Time Medicine Show retired in Eastanollee. Fieldale told the County they were going to build a chicken kill plant in Eastanollee. But the smell informed Eastannolle that it was, instead, a rendering plant.
