The service was slow, but that's okay. The food on the other hand... it's the third time this week they've ruined something about my order. My drink was not even 3/4 full, and this is what my 'bagel'

I've had it with this location. 8 employees, not even busy, waited 33min for a bagel sandwich that ended up burnt. Terrible!

Reached out to Guest Services thru the website link the business manager provided and never heard anything back.
