Sauna doesnt work Pool / jacuzzi out of service for 1 full year. Toilets don't work. No paper towels... Terrible management either doesn't understand needs of client base or doesn't care.

pool and spa have been out of service since last March. every excuse in the book. membership fees lowered? of course not. they keep saying they can't meet inspection stanfarss. equipment in gym? old.
