Food was great. Chicago style hot dog was amazing. Only downside of this place is it is a little dirty and the wait time was pretty bad. Service wasn't good either. I'd come back for a hot dog though!

Do NOT go to this portilos. We wait 30 minutes in line, they then proceeded to get our order wrong and we waited another 15 minutes. They didn't say sorry even. We got home and our burgers were cold.

Expect VERY long wait!!! Whether order app, kiosk or counter... will take 35 mins for a burger every time
