Company installed new water heater. Water did not seem to be heating properly. Had a different plumbing outfit check. Flowmaxx did not install up to code, did something that burned out the thermostat

Toilet needed flapper replaced. Flowmaxx did that but left the old flapper inside the tank. After a couple days the old flapper prevented the new flapper from closing, causing the toilet to leak again

My water heater tank gave up the ghost on Father's Day 2023. (my luck). Everyone else sent me to voicemail, but Tim picked up second ring. He was on site the next day, and by 5 PM I had a new one. Nic
