Most app orders mean you " skip" the line. Except here...I wait longer and I'm made to wait away from the window. Bizarre. And bad customer service.

Went through the drive thru and ordered 2 crunchy taco supremes. Got home and they were not supremes. Very disappointing. You have a nice AI order system and then human error screws it up.

Actually ZERO stars. First off.. Taco Bell in Texas is never busy.. asked by the new automated order taker was my order correct only to get home and it not be! The black guy at window had an attitude.
