The place is rubbish. They have know staff on the checkout. They want you to use self serve and the lift is always out of order

Used to shop here regularly but recently the place has been filthy. The accessible toilet is out of order, the gents’ toilets have no hot water or soap, and the hand sanitiser is empty - I had no way

This used to be a great store, but now not so great… Both travelator’s not working, and one of the lifts is out of order.. Queue’s waiting for the one available lift, both downstairs and upstairs.. Da
