My dad got out of Good Sam hospital and sent here for short term rehab. for physical therapy. He wasn't given half of his daily medications, zero physical therapy and left in a room to basically take

the staff is exemplary.especially mrs Donna Carrozza and her boss Nancy Zraizaa.they treat patients like family members.i highly recommend this facility to anyone needing help with loved ones
