Great service good food every time. I am disappointed that they will be closing

We came to meet friends for lunch. The waitress was very good. We all had  cuban sandwiches with salads. The restaurant was fairly empty for most of the lunch and the music was a little louder than

The food was mediocre at best and had little flavor. And our waiter disappeared and it took 20 min to get our check ?
