Staff is working hard, but not enough people. Slow service, dirty counters, tables, floors. No ice. Where's management??

Everything about this place is absolutely amazing. The manager Isaac helped me out when my card wouldn't work at the last moment even though I had the money in there somehow it glitched in the system.

I had an amazing experience here! Even though the line was out the door when I arrived, I managed to get in and out quickly. The efficiency of the staff is impressive. A huge shoutout to the manager,
